NEW DELHI, Feb. 10 -- French President Emmanuel Macron will visit India next week for talks with Prime Minister Narendra Modi aimed at strengthening bilateral cooperation and to participate in the AI Impact Summit.
Macron will begin the three-day visit in Mumbai on February 17, when the two leaders are set to jointly inaugurate the India-France Year of Innovation, which will be celebrated throughout 2026 in both countries.
France is one of India's closest strategic partners in Europe and a key supplier of defence equipment such as the Rafale combat jets and Scorpene submarines.
