New Delhi, March 12 -- Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman and Congress lawmaker Gaurav Gogoi on Tuesday sparred in the Lok Sabha over the latter's remarks targeting Prime Minister Narendra Modi. During a discussion on supplementary demands for grants and Manipur budget, Gogoi said that Modi "disappears" whenever an important issue is brought up in the country, later stating that the treasury benches had insulted former PMs in the past.
