Five-storeyed house in chirag delhi develops cracks, vacated
New Delhi, Oct. 26 -- A five-storey residential building in Chirag Delhi developed cracks, after which the building and its adjoining ones were vacated, police said on Saturday. At least 10 families living in the building, which is adjacent to Behlol Lodhi's Tomb, were also evacuated as precautionary measure, the police said.
Deputy commissioner of police (south) Ankit Chauhan said that at about 7.15pm, a beat constable at the Malviya Nagar police station received information regarding cracks in house number 95/2A in Chirag Delhi.
