New Delhi, July 22 -- In the world of sports and fitness, pushing through pain is often seen as a sign of strength but not all pain should be ignored especially the subtle, nagging kind. What seems like a minor ankle twist, a dull ache in the wrist, or a slight strain in the knee can sometimes escalate into a long-term injury if left untreated.
