New Delhi, June 1 -- A 60-year-old Covid-19 positive woman died in the city on Friday, officials said on Saturday, adding that the viral infection was an incidental finding. The woman was suffering from acute intestinal obstruction and had undergone a surgery, government officials said.
The officials said that she had severe comorbidities.
Meanwhile, the national capital has reported 56 Covid-19 cases as on May 30, taking the total tally to 294.
On Friday, health minister HT Pankaj Singh said that "there is no more Covid-19 left."
The minister emphasised that there is no cause for panic. It's just a viral infection that will subside on its own in a few weeks." htc
