Haldwani/Haridwar, Oct. 22 -- A fire broke out for a second time in less than two months at the Old London House, a heritage building near Mallital Square in Nainital, around 2.30am on Tuesday, officials said. According to officials, the fire started in the rear portion of the building and spread rapidly. Firefighters from Nainital Fire Station, assisted by local residents and police, managed to bring the flames under control around 4.30am. Officials said the timely response prevented the blaze from spreading to a bank branch located in another section of the structure.
