new Delhi, Jan. 27 -- Police have registered a case against a five-star hotel in central Delhi following a complaint from a 33-year-old woman guest who alleged she fell seriously ill after consuming food she believes was "spiked or poisoned" and that she was harassed by the staff, officials aware of the matter said. The FIR was filed under Section 286 (negligent conduct with respect to poisonous substance) of BNS after the woman made a PCR call on Sunday, according to an official who asked not to be identified.
