India, June 14 -- Singer Taylor Swift has been quite busy, what with watching her boyfriend, Kansas City Chiefs player Travis Kelce, play at the Stanley Cup 2025 finals and regaining control of her masters. However, she took the time out to visit a children's hospital in Florida and surprise little fans with her presence and some goodies.
