New Delhi, Dec. 4 -- The Supreme Court on Wednesday granted bail to Congress leader and former Rajasthan minister Mahesh Joshi in a money laundering case linked to alleged irregularities in the Jal Jeevan Mission scheme, noting his seven-month incarceration in a trial that is unlikely to conclude soon. Imposing conditions on him to surrender his passport, cooperate fully with trial a bench of justices Dipankar Datta and Augustine George Masih ordered his release upon the terms and conditions to be determined by the trial court in addition to those contained in the order.
