Panchkula, Oct. 22 -- Former Punjab director general of police Mohammad Mustafa and his wife, ex-state minister Razia Sultana, were booked on Tuesday in connection with the death of their son Aqil Akhtar (35) on October 16, Haryana Police said.
Police said Akhtar's family allegedly found him unconscious at his Panchkula residence on October 16. He was taken to the Civil Hospital, where doctors declared him dead. Officials said Shamshudeen Chaudhary, a resident of Malerkotla, filed a complaint alleging foul play, citing a video by Akhtar where he spoke of a threat to his life.P10
