Chennai, July 21 -- AIADMK general secretary Edappadi Palaniswami (EPS) has said that his party will form the government in Tamil Nadu independently after winning the 2026 assembly polls. Targeting the ruling DMK, he added that chief minister MK Stalin was scared of the AIADMK-BJP alliance. EPS, who is the leader of Opposition in the assembly, made the remarks on Saturday during his statewide tour. AIADMK and BJP came together this April after a 19-month separation and have been contradicting each other on the issue of power sharing.
