Families, communities, and society as a whole must step forward. The tech-savvy youth, in particular, have an important role to play. By spending time with their grandparents or older neighbours, they can explain the basics of cyber hygiene simply and patiently. This includes helping them recognise fraudulent messages, avoid suspicious links, use secure passwords, and understand the importance of privacy settings.
