India, Jan. 14 -- The Calcutta High Court on Wednesday disposed Trinamool Congress's petition regarding the preservation of confidential political data that were allegedly seized during the Enforcement Directorate's (ED) raid at I-PAC director Pratik Jain's office and home last week.

The matter is now pending with the Supreme Court, which will hear the ED's plea against the Bengal government on Thursday.

Mamata Banerjee-led TMC had moved the high court court seeking an order for preservation of personal and political data that may have been seized by the ED during the January 8 raid.
