New Delhi, Feb. 5 -- The Union government informed Parliament on Tuesday that the Enforcement Directorate's conviction rate under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act is 94.82% with courts delivering judgements in 58 cases till date, with 55 cases resulting in conviction of 123 accused persons. Out of these 55 cases, 43 convictions of 104 accused persons have been secured in the last five years, it said.
