New Delhi, April 25 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Thursday carried out searches against Gensol Engineering Limited in connection with a Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) probe, officials familiar with the development said. Officials added that the agency also detained co-promoter Puneet Singh Jaggi and recorded his statement.
The promoter brothers of the company - Puneet and Anmol Singh Jaggi are under ED's scanner following a Sebi report against them. P16
