India, March 11 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on March 11 inaugurated the Haryana section of the Dwarka Expressway. This is expected to improve traffic flow and ease congestion between Delhi and Gurugram on NH-48. Real estate experts say that the Dwarka Expressway has of late emerged as a major residential hub in Gurugram and going forward it is expected to witness the launch of commercial and retail projects, as well as high-quality residential properties. Housing prices too are likely to inch up with the expressway now becoming operational.
