New Delhi, June 19 -- Delhi University (DU) has launched a new scheme called the Janajati Immersive Holistic Intervention for Novel Development (JAIHIND), under which skill training will be provided to class 9-12 students belonging to Scheduled Tribe, an official said on Wednesday."The objective of the scheme is to provide skill training to school students belonging to Scheduled Tribes, especially from remote areas," said the university vice chancellor, Yogesh Singh.
25 students, belonging to the Tangkhul Naga tribe, have been selected on the basis of merit from four government schools of Ukhrul district, Manipur.htc
