Patna, Nov. 6 -- Defence minister Rajnath Singh on Wednesday accused Lok Sabha Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi of attempting to "create anarchy" following his remarks that the army is "under the control of 10% of the country's population", as he cautioned the Congress MP to "not drag the army into politics".
