DoE has directed schools to provide a transparent list of prescribed books, writing materials, and uniform specifications. This information must be displayed on notice boards, websites, and public spaces within the campus. Schools must also list at least five nearby vendors while allowing parents to buy from any seller of their choice. Concealing this information or misleading parents will attract legal consequences, the order stated.
