Shimla, Dec. 23 -- The Himachal Pradesh government on Monday suspended a 31-year-old doctor for allegedly assaulting a patient inside a hospital ward in Shimla, an official said. The action came after a video of the incident, which happened at Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital, went viral. The hospital has also ordered a high-level inquiry into the incident, people aware of the details said. The patient has lodged a police complaint with the Shimla Police. P10
