India, June 2 -- Alexander Zverev maintained his hopes of winning his first Grand Slam championship after defeating Flavio Cobolli in a successful performance.

Carlos Alcaraz has pushed Zverev out of second place in the ATP global rankings, forcing him to make a slight reset in recent months.
