New Delhi, Feb. 2 -- A meme fest has erupted on social media after a purported newspaper clipping went viral, claiming that a Delhi man's wedding was cancelled because his future father-in-law took offence to his 'inappropriate' dance to a Madhuri Dixit hit song.
While HT.com could not verify its authenticity, the man, according to the news clipping, was to be married on January 18.
On the wedding day, the man's friends asked him to dance with them after the wedding procession arrived at the venue. Then, the famous 'Choli Ke Peeche' song from the 1993 Bollywood film 'Khalnayak' was played and, unable to resist, the man began dancing.
