India, Sept. 26 -- China has announced that it will no longer seek for itself the special and differential treatment provisions reserved for developing countries at the World Trade Organization (WTO). The move reflects not only an acknowledgement of its growing economic weight, but is also an effort to present itself as a constructive force in multilateral reform.
