New Delhi, Jan. 19 -- Chandrakant Jha, involved in at least three gruesome murders between 2006 and 2007 in Delhi, was arrested from the Old Delhi Railway Station on Friday, 17 months after he was granted parole and released from Tihar jail. Officers said that Jha jumped his 90-day parole that ended in November. They said he had been living like a homeless person at various religious places, surviving on food donated by the devotees. P3
