delhi police raises security, surveillance across capital
New Delhi, Nov. 17 -- The Delhi Police has intensified its anti-terror surveillance and preventive measures, officials said on Sunday.
A senior supervisory team comprising joint commissioner of police Madhur Verma, along with district commissioners, additional commissioners, and SHOs, has been conducting visits to sensitive areas, such as religious places and crowded marketplaces. Additionally, meetings are being held with markets and residents' welfare associations, and other local stakeholders as part of the Eyes and Ears Scheme.
