New Delhi, July 8 -- The Delhi Police on Monday told a city court it has completed its probe into Delhi law minister Kapil Mishra's alleged inflammatory post during the 2020 Assembly polls, finding a prima facie case of violating the Model Code of Conduct. In a supplementary charge sheet, police said social media platform X confirmed the post originated from Mishra's verified account. Despite lacking IP address details, police said no further investigation is needed. Mishra's counsel disputed the findings, citing insufficient evidence.
