New Delhi, Sept. 25 -- Delhi Police's special cell on Wednesday busted an illegal ammunition factory in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh, arresting three men-Faizal (50), Jameer Noor (57), and Illiyas Ahmad (65)-for manufacturing cartridges and supplying firearms to criminals in Delhi-NCR.
Police recovered seven firearms, 210 cartridges, a lathe machine, cartridge-making equipment, 257 cartridges, 354 bullet leads, 350 empty shells, gunpowder, and other materials. DCP Amit Kaushik said the seized materials could produce nearly 1,000 cartridges.HTC
