India, Aug. 9 -- Ahead of Raksha Bandhan on Saturday, Delhi woke up to heavy rainfall with waterlogging in parts of the city disrupting traffic. The rainfall lashed several parts of national capital, including Shastri Bhawan, R.K. Puram, Moti Bagh, and Kidwai Nagar, that witnessed intense showers. For today, the Indian Meteorological Department has issued an orange alert in many parts of Delhi, with a yellow alert in Delhi NCR areas.
