India, April 9 -- Delhi high court on Tuesday rejected chief minister Arvind Kejriwal's plea challenging his arrest by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the excise policy case.The high court stated that the central agency was in possession of enough material that led them to arrest Kejriwal. "Non joining of Kejriwal was a contributory factor & not the only factor," the high court said.The court in its order said that doubting or casting aspersions on the manner of recording statement of approver amounts to casting aspersions on the judge & the court.
