New Delhi, Feb. 28 -- The Delhi high court on Thursday extended till July 28 its interim order of staying the trial court proceedings in the National Herald case involving Congress parliamentarians Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.

The case had stemmed from a private complaint filed by BJP leader Subramanian Swamy in 2012, alleging that Gandhis, along with Congress leaders Oscar Fernandes (since died), Motilal Vora (since died), Sam Pitroda, trustee and executive committee member of Rajiv Gandhi Foundation Suman Dubey, misappropriated funds to acquire the ownership of National Herald, owned by Associated Journals Limited (AJL).
