India, July 29 -- The Delhi high court on Tuesday expressed its inclination to transfer jailed Lok Sabha MP Abdul Rashid Sheikh's plea seeking waiver of a trial court's condition asking him to bear expenses to attend the ongoing Parliament monsoon session to a bench that had previously dealt with a similar plea filed by him during the budget session.
A bench of justices Vivek Chaudhary and Mini Pushkarna said it would be inappropriate for them to hear the matter when another bench had already expressed a view on it and suggested Rashid's counsel to press his current petition before the same bench.
