New Delhi, March 5 -- The Delhi Police on Tuesday moved the Delhi high court against a city court's order directing it to provide a list of "unrelied documents" to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) convener Arvind Kejriwal's aide, Bibhav Kumar, in the alleged assault case of AAP MP Swati Maliwal.
"Unrelied documents" are those seized by police during an investigation but not used in the trial.
The matter was listed before Justice Vikas Mahajan but was adjourned to March 11 after Delhi Police sought time to file a written note on its submissions.
"At request, renotify on March 11. In the meanwhile, let the state be ready with a short note on the submissions," the court said.
