New Delhi, Sept. 17 -- The Delhi High Court on Tuesday criticised Delhi University, Delhi Police and organisations backing candidates for the Delhi University Student Union elections for acting only after court orders.
A bench of chief justice DK Upadhyay and justice Tushar Rao Gedela said, "You should've done it in the beginning."
The court, hearing advocate Prashant Manchanda's plea citing violations of Lyngdoh Committee norms, directed all authorities to ensure compliance and submit an action report by Wednesday.
