New Delhi, Aug. 20 -- A division bench of the Delhi High Court on Tuesday affirmed a single judge's order confirming the validity of Luxor Group founder DK Jain's (DKJ) will, vesting his entire estate to his wife, Usha Jain. A bench of justices Anil Kshetarpal and Harish Vaidyanathan Shankar opined that the will was duly proven as per the law, free from any suspicious circumstances, and reflected Jain's intent. The dispute emerged following Jain's death in March 2014, over a 2004 will in which he bequeathed his entire business and assets to his wife, excluding his children.
