New Delhi, June 17 -- A Delhi court has permitted gangster Kala Jathedi, currently lodged in Tihar Jail, to participate in a medical procedure related to IVF to conceive a child while in custody.
Jathedi's counsel sought six-hour parole, a request the court denied, even as it allowed the procedure to take place within the prison. Doctors from a private hospital in Gurugram, where Jathedi's wife is undergoing IVF treatment, have been cleared to visit Tihar to collect samples.P4
