India, Jan. 22 -- The Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD)'s new outdoor advertisement policy includes three new locations where advertisements can now be put up, albeit with several restrictions, which will work in a revenue-sharing with the Public Works Department (PWD), senior officials said.

The MCD standing committee approved a proposal on Wednesday which allowed for advertisements along end-of-flyover ramps and the sidewalls of subways and underpasses. The policy preamble has been finalised after a series of communications between the corporation and the PWD.
