New Delhi, Feb. 20 -- The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is set to launch three big infrastructure projects in northwest Delhi's Rohini and southwest Delhi's Dwarka subcities, including two corporate offices, a hospital, and a gold souk mall.

While DDA has set aside a parcel of land for a so-called "gold souk" - a mall that specialises in jewellery outlets - in Dwarka Sector 22, the hospital is planned in Dwarka's Sector 9, while the two corporate offices are set to come up in Rohini's Sector 30 and 36.

The gold souk will be an upscale retail space dedicated to gold jewellery and home decor, similar to those in Dubai and Gurugram. A 3.91-hectare plot has been earmarked for the luxury retail space.
