New Delhi, Feb. 15 -- The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) and the Andaman & Nicobar Administration signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Friday to collaborate as knowledge partners for key development projects in the islands, an official said. The agreement aims to revitalise the Swaraj Dweep Island Jetty Area and develop a precinct around the Cellular Jail and Marina in Port Blair, transforming them into tourist destinations, the official said.
