New Delhi, Feb. 13 -- Daytime temperatures have been above normal by 3 to 6 degree C in several parts of northwest, central and east India over the past two days, data from the India Meteorological Department (IMD) showed on Wednesday.
According to the data, some stations are recording maximum temperatures over six degrees above normal. This is indicating a gradual shift in the season and an early arrival of spring.
