India, Dec. 1 -- In recent years, Travel Tuesday has grown in popularity alongside traditional Black Friday and Cyber Monday, which offer enticing deals that boost sales in the US.

It encourages the purchase of flights, as research shows that sales sharply drop in the days leading up to Thanksgiving.

Today is Cyber Monday. But, tomorrow, travelers can shift their attention to Travel Tuesday, allowing them to get flights and travel at reduced prices with some advance planning.
