Srinagar, Oct. 18 -- Authorities on Friday reimposed restrictions in Leh district of Ladakh, citing apprehensions of a law-and-order breakdown and threats to public peace.The move comes a day ahead of a planned march and a UT-wide blackout called by the Leh Apex Body to express solidarity with the four people killed and over 100 injured during last month's agitation demanding statehood.
