India, Jan. 9 -- The fatal shooting of Renee Nicole Good, a 37-year-old US citizen, by an ICE officer in Minneapolis has sparked calls from Democratic lawmakers to restrain the agency, with some suggesting the upcoming Department of Homeland Security (DHS) funding could be leveraged to push reforms.
