India, Feb. 18 -- Do you struggle with going to the gym religiously? Are you looking for an easier way to hit your weekly fitness goals? Well, you could reach your exercise goals by just dancing. According to a new study conducted by scientists from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, dancing in your kitchen for 20 minutes every morning could be enough to make you fit.
As per current guidelines suggested by NHS (National Health Service), adults should complete 150 minutes of moderate to vigorous-intensity exercise per week. Meanwhile, WHO recommends adults should do 150-300 minutes of moderate or 75-150 minutes of vigorous activity per week.
