India, Oct. 4 -- Uttarakhand police investigating the death of journalist Rajiv Pratap have ruled out foul play, claiming that he was drunk and driving on the wrong side of the road when his car plunged into a river. The 36-year-old's body was recovered on September 28 from the Joshiyara barrage of the Bhagirathi river in Uttarkashi district, 10 days after he disappeared. Pratap ran a YouTube channel and his family alleged he had received threats over his reporting and was pressured to remove a video about Uttarkashi district hospital. HTC
