India, April 9 -- Congress leader Shashi Tharoor on Wednesday reminded his party of the need for "positive narrative" and not just "negative criticism", underlining that youth want to know what they will do for them today.

"We have an illustrious history. But we are all too conscious that young voters of today do not apparently give much importance to history.
