Congress expects seat talks with RJD to finalise on RAhul's return
New Delhi, Oct. 9 -- The Congress is expecting that the party's seat sharing agreement with RJD will be amicably finalised with the involvement of Leader of the Opposition Rahul Gandhi, once returns from Colombia. According to two functionaries aware of the details, the RJD has hinted it might offer between 50-55 seats to the Congress, but the latter has to accommodate IP Gupta's India Inclusive Party from its quota. While the Congress is still expecting more than 60 seats in the Bihar election, a senior functionary told HT on Wednesday that "the quality of seats that are offered are also important for the party."
