New Delhi, June 21 -- The Congress is planning to create a steering committee to exclusively handle its OBC-related matters amid efforts by the party to build on its outreach among OBC communities, party leaders aware of the development said on Friday. At least two senior CWC members said that plans are afoot to form a high-level panel involving key national leaders and important state-level OBC faces. This includes Karnataka CM Siddaramaiah, former CMs Ashok Gehlot and Bhupesh Baghel, former Rajasthan deputy CM Sachin Pilot, party's Haryana in-charge BK Hariprasad among others, party leaders said.
