Patna, Nov. 20 -- Veteran Congress leader and Katihar MP Tariq Anwar has called for immediate convening of the extended working committee of Bihar Congress to thoroughly examine the reasons behind party's drubbing in Bihar assembly election amid mounting calls for fixing responsibility for the performance.
