New Delhi, Jan. 29 -- Congress parliamentarian Karti Chidambaram has approached the Delhi high court seeking quashing of the FIR registered by the Central Bureau of Investigation in a fresh corruption case accusing him of giving favourable treatment to a UK-based liquor company Diageo Scotland, over a ban on duty-free sale of its Johnnie Walker whisky, asserting that it is illegal and has been registered after a delay of seven years.
