New Delhi/ Patna, Sept. 25 -- Gearing up for the Bihar assembly elections, the Congress linked the alleged Vote Chori (theft) with economy, social justice, and national security and highlighted Bihar CM Nitish Kumar's "broken promises and betrayals".
